Outpatient Mental Health Therapy

Initial Mental Health Diagnostic Assessment:

The diagnostic assessment is an open and nonjudgemental conversation about what brings you to therapy, concerns you may have and background on past, present and future areas of your life. Over roughly 90 minutes, this conversation helps both of us understand your needs and develop goals of therapy tailored to you.

Therapy Sessions:

After the initial mental health diagnostic assessment, we begin therapy sessions. A 45-55 minute therapy session is designed to work on goals set by you, process your concerns that brought you to therapy, provide evidence based tools and discussions, assess progress, and tailor the session so that you get the most out of it.
